6.3. While we strive for accuracy, our AI outputs are generated based on available data and algorithms, and are not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or appropriate for all use cases. You are responsible for verifying any information or drafts generated by our AI.

7. Termination & Account Management (GDPR Enhanced)

7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason as deemed appropriate by us.

7.2. Upon termination by Tender Market, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

7.3. User-Initiated Account Unregistration (Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten"): * You have the right to unregister your account and request the erasure of your personal data at any time. * To unregister your Tender Market account, please send an email to juan@tendermarket.eu with the subject line "Account Unregistration Request." * In the body of your email, please include your registered email address associated with your account to help us process your request efficiently. * We will process your unregistration request and erase your personal data without undue delay, typically within one (1) month of receiving your request, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain data (e.g., for tax or audit purposes). We will confirm once your request has been completed. 7.4.
